SHIPPING INFORMATION

SHIPPING METHOD

We use following courier services :

• Domestic: JNE (www.jne.co.id)
• Singapore & Malaysia : REX (www.rex.co.id)
• Other Countries -International: EMS POS INDONESIA (http://ems.posindonesia.co.id)
  (Brunei, Hongkong, Macau, Philipines, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, Australia, China, India, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea, Vietnam, USA, Canada, Mexico, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherland, UK, Ireland, Denmark, Austria, Norway, Spain.)

Domestic Orders: Please allow up to 1 - 2 working days for Jakarta and surrounding areas, and 3 - 5 working days for shipping depending on the destination cities (Certain distant cities might added more days).  We only use Regular JNE Services.

International Orders: Please allow 5 - 15 working days for international shipping. 

When placing your MILLESTORE.com order, please take into consideration that we ship orders Monday through Friday. Payment confirmation received on weekends and holidays will be checked on the next business day. 

Please allow 1 day after payment confirmation for us to check your payment, do quality control of your merchandise, and pack your order before we ship them on the next day. 

We will deliver your purchased item(s) once we have received invoiced full amount transfer. PLEASE NOTE: We're unable to ship if problems occurred regarding the payment. 

You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched with tracking information.

SHIPPING FEE

• We offer free shipping to Jabodetabek on all orders (no minimum transaction needed).
• Shop over IDR 500.000 and enjoy free shipping for Westeen part of Indonesia and Singapore.
• Please refer to http://www.jne.co.id for domestic rates. International rates are upon request.
• International rates may change based on exchanged rate. Shipping cost will appear together with your total after check out.
• Customers will be charged shipping fees based on the weight of their order. If the accumulated weight exceeds 1 kg, another kg will be added to shipping fees. Weight of every item is stated on the product detail page.

SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTIONS

• We do not responsible in risk of loss of the merchandise after JNE delivers to the address.
• We do not take responsibility if JNE can't deliver the package in time do to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address. Please check your JNE shipping code in the 'Track Order' links at the top of the page and call JNE customer service (021-2927 8888) to deal with the problem.
• Free shipping will be given if there are mistakes on order(s).

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

• Once your order has been shipped via JNE (domestic) and EMS POS INDONESIA (international), you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking information. Your tracking information can also be found by logging into your account and viewing your orders.
